Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with So Sew Clever Craft School you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with
So Sew Clever Craft School you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
So Sew Clever Craft School Craft Sessions either as one off, or multi week sessions. These last for as long as it takes, but no less than 2 hours.
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the services that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Payment in full is required to secure your place, of which 50% is a non-refundable deposit, the balance can not be refunded within 4 weeks of the session start date.
This information is also in the listing at the time of purchase. Any refunds will be returned in a timely manner, in the method it was paid, with the buyer incurring responsibility for any fees incurred. Payments are not transferable.
PayPal is our main payment method, you will be sent an invoice through their system – you can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. So Sew Clever Craft School. Direct bank transfer is also accepted. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with So Sew Clever Craft School. So Sew Clever Craft School must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received So Sew Clever Craft School will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The confirmation email will include details of the sessions, with agreed date the session will be held. So Sew Clever Craft School acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your confirmation to be emailed to you, you will be advised of a more precise date upon placing your order. During busier periods, such as the run up to Christmas, please allow longer periods. If there is a delay with your order, So Sew Clever Craft School will advise you as soon as possible.
Session costs are broken down into 50% non-refundable deposit, the balance can not be refunded within 4 weeks of the session start date. The whole amount is to be paid in full upon booking to hold your place. This information is also in the listing at the time of purchase. Any refunds will be returned in the manner it was paid, with the buyer incurring responsibility for any fees incurred.
